This mod should improve your FPS for user with low tier GPUs.( I did not set a low resolution scale so you can set your own res)
I have no idea if i'll update the mod, some setting that i tried to disable were not working like if they were forced ON by how the game was made i guess, usually UE4 games can be tweaked a lot but this game is limited it seems.
To install the mod,drop the .pak in your Kingdom Hearts III/Content/Paks/~mods folder or use pak manager
