Equilibrium Burst over Formchange Explosion

Puts Equilibrium Burst over the Formchange Explosion, this is ONLY meant to be used for Light, Dark and Double Form since it only does damage with Oblivion and/Or Oathkeeper. This does effect Second Forms Formchange however, not sure how to change that.

Installation: Place the .pak file in the ~mods folder ("EpicLibrary\KH_3\KINGDOM HEARTS III\Content\Paks\~mods")

Will conflict with mods that change Sora's base moveset(p_ex001_AnimSet) As well as Double Form moveset (p_ex001_AnimSet23)

The "ONLY Double Form" version however CAN be used with other moveset mods as long as they don't have any changes to Double Forms moveset.

Here's a very short clip showing the changes in a battle. The moveset used here is one that I'm not finished with yet, It's inspired by Roxas. Just focus on the Formchange for now.
