AmGriff's KH3 Soundtrack Overhaul

Description

This mod combines the concepts of 3 already existing mods, those being: World of Tres Orchestra mix, Boss track corrections and replacements and the classic Gummi music mod. I am a massive fan of all of these, and when I learned you can change the music that plays in-game, I sought to bring in some of my personal favorites that were not in KH3 to begin with!

Installation instructions

Simply take the .pak file and place in your "KINGDOM HEARTS III\Content\Paks\~mods" folder. If you do not have an existing ~mods folder, simply create one in the Paks folder and place the .pak inside. That should be it!

Main features

This mod combines the ideas of the World of Tres orchestra mod, Boss soundtrack corrections and replacements, and old Gummi music mods. Frankly I never done anything like this before, and am not computer savvy. As a professional musician, however, certain tracks that please the ears were not brought into KH3. So, I learned how to do it myself. Listed below are three examples of changes. If you want the whole list, there will be a .txt file called "Changelist" along with the mod of/when you download it. Below are three examples of what I changed and why.

Skoll and Grim Guardianess- Anger Unchained -> No Surrender! 

Simply put, Anger Unchained is not a bad track, but No Surrender! is arguably the most underrated track in the game, and I feel adds more weight to these boss fights. Was a huge fan when PandaPyre made this swap in their Boss music corrections/replacements mod, and decided to keep it in my version (using a live World of Tres recording instead of the studio version.)

Twilight Town Neoshadows and Dusks Fight- Night of Fate-> Desire for All that is Lost (KH2 Original, not 2. 5)

I love Night of Fate, but it seemed to me like this was shoehorned in for the sake of it making an appearance. I put Desire here because we are at a point in the game that to me runs parallel with KH2's defending the Hollow Bastion gates from the nobodies with Leon, and this is the track that plays for it. I used the KH2 original because while I am a huge fan of 2. 5, especially for its use of a symphony orchestra for recording, I do NOT like the way the melody in Desire sounds up the octave on violin vs the way it sounds down the octave on the original midi.
