Plaque Belts (Beta)

Description

Adds plaque belts as a standalone equipable item that takes up a jewelry slot in the inventory, note that this is a pretty rough early version of the mod and there are a few issues:

- Changes the material of other belts you're wearing to brown leather 

- Clipping, especially on some coats and cuirasses 

- Some sword belts mess up the textures of the plaque belt
