Description

Are you looking to give Pebbles the love they deserve without limiting yourself when better-stat horses exist while also not wanting to give up your beloved starting horse? Then this mod is your answer! It maxes out Pebbles' stats, setting Agility, Courage, Strength, and Vitality to 20, putting them on par with the best horses in the game for each respective stat. No more guilty conscious, because Pebbles is the best horse! Optionally covers Pebbles' best friend and company!

This mod also includes customisation options for Pebbles, with rare colour variants to make your horse truly unique, whether you prefer Black (Shadowmere), Brown (Nuckelavee), or White (Shadowfax). It even comes with maneless versions for all variants for those who enjoy a sleeker look.

And for any dog lovers out there, you can rest assured this mod keeps your loyal canine companion safe from deletion (no, for real though, this has happened with other similar mods which is what prompted me to make this mod as a dog lover)! By using Patched Table Files (PTF), this mod only makes necessary edits, so it won’t interfere with other mods or game updates.

If you only want the stat changes to apply to Pebbles you can simply install the "Just Pebbles" version.

Usage

After installation Pebbles’ stats will be boosted, and any selected cosmetic changes will apply automatically to give your starter horse a new look and power to match! If Pebbles (or any other modified horse covered by this mod based on the version selected) has already been acquired, the modifications will apply retroactively after installing the mod.

Installation

For Vortex users, simply hit the "Mod Manager Download" button and enable the mod once the download completes!

For those of you who still prefer a manual approach the instructions are as follows:

Step 1) You're going to need to create a mods folder inside the game's install folder if one doesn't already exist.

Step 2) Download the latest version of this mod and extract the archive contents to your mods folder as per step 1.

Step 3) Within your mods folder create a new .txt file called mod_order.txt if one does not already exist.

Step 4) Open the new/existing mod_order.txt file and add the following (one per line) after any non-PTF mod:
