A moveset mod inspired by the last remaining lumen sage himself...Balder.
This mod includes a moveset mod over "stormflag" and "Highwind" formchanges as well as a weapon mod for the "holy glaive" over the stormflag and highwind formchanges. The Shotlock and the finisher are unchanged.
I suggest using the "Expanded shortcut" mod in order to set both formchanges to the shortcut menu
