This takes away the level requirement for the routine perk.
Im not entirely sure how the the perk works, when brewing some potions will say "you do not have the whole recipe." However I know it works for Saviour Schnapps. ( Edit: I was told this was due to a reading requirement that was not met )
You still need a skill point to unlock it, that comes at level 3 for Alchemy.
Install:
Just drop it in C:\steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Data
If you want to manually change this for other mods go to perks.xml "find" and type "routine"
