📋 About This Mod
This is not a replacement for the torch, but a new item that you can equip.
The lamp can be bought from merchants:

[]in general stores in Rattay, Sasau, Ledetchko, Uzhitz and Pribyslavitz (DLC - after building a store)

]at stands in Rattay and Samopesh (general) - for Thereza (DLC) from Charlatan
If it is not available in a store - wait a few days for a stock refresh.
Installation: Simply place the unpacked content in the Mods directory.
The localization files contain descriptions in English - translations are welcome.
Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with any mod except the one that uses the ico_items.gfx file (I don't know if it exists) for UI icons.
If you are using a mod that changes entire table files and not individual entries, then to be sure, place the mod with the lamp at the end of the list (in mod_order.txt file or change the folder name).
Known bugs:
- after dropping the lamp, you can only pick it up if you have a weapon in your hand (I don't know how to fix this)
- in 3D view, Henry's arm clips through the lamp - the torch pose is used to hold it, I haven't found a way to use another one yet, any help is welcome
