About This Mod
I got tired of waiting through the alchemy station minigame. so I dropped the level from 10 to 1. this does NOT alter the skill points and will still require 1 skill point to activate, therefore it is technically at level 3.. it's just two
This should now be compatible with all other perk mods that do not directly alter the 2 lines of code for the Routine perks itself.
Added Routine I required level at level 1, and Routine II at level 5.
I needed it and nothing existing worked for the new version, it's a pretty simple mod.
