Henry Has Gears! lets you control Henry’s movement speed. Be more precisely using the mouse wheel. smooth “gears,” from an ultra-slow walk to a fast jog, with automatic walk↔jog switching.
Install: Main file .pak + ASI/Loader/Config file
Launch options (Steam): -devmode +exec walkwithwheel_binds.cfg
In-game: set Toggle Walk = F11 (Controls → On Foot)

A) 13 Gears (Precision Mode):
More steps = smoother transitions and easier NPC speed matching.
Why 13? NPC walk speeds can be extremely close to each other, so instead of wasting multiple gears on tiny differences, this version gives you a more usable, smooth curve. It also becomes a small gameplay mechanic: use the wheel to stay perfectly in sync with an NPC (great for pickpocketing/tailing).
