Not a port of Total Annihilation from KCD1, but inspired by it.
This mod allows you to kill essential NPC's. They don't die from time to time but works most of the time.

1. Killing essential NPCs will probably prevent you from progressing quests. - Warning by beethy
2. I recommend you to remove this mod file temporarily before duels against & battles with essential NPCs. They might die during duels and battles and not appear later in the game, making quest progress unavailable. - Tip by Easilycrazyhat

Some NPCs faint or keep stay alive and conscious, instead of dying.
Next update is likely to be a fix to this issue, but I can't really tell how long it's gonna take. I have literally no idea which file is related to this issue.
