Stronger Gambeson and Plate PTF

Gambeson I felt was too weak in the game, in truth a typical thick gambeson could reduce strong strikes to deep cuts, and it would take several hits to get through, and a dull sword had a lower chance of cutting through. Plate armours in the game were also too weak. I increased the defence stats of plate by 4x, and increased the defence of gambesons and pourpoints by 6x.

Added a light version at request which is half as strong.

Select only one main file.

Only standard armours are changed, modded armours will have whatever stats originally were. I am considering making a couple mods compatible for my personal use, if I get permission I will add them as options.
