Rename Saliva Debuff to Cravings

The Saliva debuff (more like a neutral status effect) exists as a warning to not continue to consume alcohol, lest you actually develop a true debuff. "Saliva" doesn't really describe something along these lines, in English. French and German get "Dry Throat" and "Healthy Thirst" respectively, so it's trying to describe "wanting a drink", basically. But still, in English, even "Salivation" or "Parched" don't describe the specific desire for alcohol imo. Brings it somewhat in line with the progression "You have a(n) for alcohol" Appetite - Desire - Demand - Need - Obsession.

Changes debuff and description lines:
