Rebalanced Master Fletcher (PTF)

This mod updates the Master Fletcher perk to make your arrows fly 2x, 5x, or 10x faster than the vanilla perk. Unlike in Rebalanced Arrow Flight (PTF) script version, this doesn't affect NPCs, and unlike the perk version, this doesn't give you crazy damage. The speed and power buff is met with an appropriate damage debuff.

For example, the 10x version of this mod also includes *0. 15 damage modifier (meaning that the perk is still an overall buff to your damage).

I recommend using this mod alongside True Reticle Aiming by ebrtsan
