Nerfs the Good Ole Pebbles and Red Herring perks so they are no longer Over Powered
This mod disables or nerfs the stat boosts from Good Ole Pebbles and Red Herring perks. Upgrading to new horses becomes more necessary and rewarding, adding gameplay balance and a stronger sense of progression. The perks are no longer visible in the menu for main file.
Completely disables perk buffs and removes them from the menu
Optional File
Reduces the perk's bonuses by 50% instead of disabling them entirely.

Still works even if you already acquired the perks
Installation
Extract "disablehorseperks" into your Mods directory.
v1. 2 – Perks are no longer visible in the menu for main file
v1. 1 – Added optional file to reduce perk bonuses by 50% instead of disabling them.
