About
This mod simply modifies param value to create a more immersive carry capacity system.
Nerf Base Carrying Capacity:
Modifies the rpg_param_key="BaseInventoryCapacity"

This is more for flavor/immersion, does not affect carrying cap. It modifies the 'armor_load_to_speed' in rpg_movement_type.pak.
