Matt's Longer Books

This mod addresses two things:

• []Books are so short that you can read them in a couple hours. Reading buffs like glasses and comfort are an afterthought at best and barely save any time.

[]For a finite resource, the experience granted is somewhat pitiful and only grants you a fraction of a level.

Therefore, this mod multiplies the time required to read a skill book by 5 (20, 30, 40, and 50 hours for each level).

Scholarship XP is based on hours spent reading, so Scholarship XP will increase by 5x no matter which version you select. However, the amount of xp for the skill the book is about is a flat amount that is handled separately. The xp variants of this mod increase the amount of xp earned for the skill the book is about.

I will create variants by request.

Compatibility

This mod is a PTF mod and will be compatible with most, if not all mods. It pairs well with reduced XP mods. Since my mod changes the raw values of experience granted, any mod that alters experience via a flat percentage will be compatible and behave as expected.

This mod is Patch 1. 2. ready.
