MOD DESCRIPTION

This project introduces essential Southeast Asian language support, Indonesian, Malay, and Tagalog to Kingdom Come: Deliverance II (v1. 5). You can now experience Henry's journey in a language that truly resonates with you. The localization style generally leans toward a colloquial dialect.

Please Note

Not all content is translated, quests and item names intentionally remain in English (I hope). This choice was made so players can still easily search for walkthroughs and articles online.

Localization Setup

To provide multiple options while only replacing one default language (and avoiding file backups), this mod utilizes a single replacement slot:

  []After installation, you will still select French in the in-game menu, and the game will display one of the three target languages based on which language file you have.[/]

  Installation

  • []Download one of three languages you want, and extract the mod files.[/]

    []Drag and drop the "localization" folder into your Kingdom Come Deliverance II installation directory.[/]

    []Replace the original French files when prompted.[/]

    []In the game settings, select French as your subtitle language.[/]

  Known Issues and Notes

  As a native Indonesian speaker, the Indonesian translation is my primary focus. I sincerely apologize if the Malay and Tagalog translations are subpar, as I am currently unable to properly proofread them. Feedback from native speakers of those languages is highly encouraged and welcome!

  Additionally, I want to note that large language models (LLMs) can sometimes hallucinate text. While some of the translation is accurate, other parts have become perhaps too grotesque or
