Massive perk breakthrough

In the vanilla game, each perk is linked to a single buff with a static effect. For example, the Pacifist perk gives you a buff if you don't fight for 12 hours, however, it doesn't give you a debuff while in combat, since the buff implementation is tied to the 12 hours without combat only.

With my new perk method, however, each perk can now apply multiple buffs depending on the situation. This means that a single perk can dynamically adjust its effects based on factors like combat, time of day, environment, or even specific character conditions.

Now on to the perks:

Gain 10% more experience in Strength, Vitality, and Heavy Weapons, and weapon attacks cost 10% less stamina. However, while crouched, agility gain is reduced by 20%, movement speed is 20% slower, and there is a 10% increased chance to be detected while lockpicking or pickpocketing.

Wicked Crook:

Gain 10% more agility experience, move 10% faster, and have a 10% lower chance of detection while lockpicking or pickpocketing, with a 10% increased chance to sell stolen goods unnoticed. However, Strength and Vitality experience in combat is 10% slower, and weapon attacks cost 10% more stamina.

Installation:

Unzip archive content into KingdomComeDeliverance2/Mods (if you don't have a Mods folder yet, create it).

Your resulting folder should look like KingdomComeDeliverance2/Mods/Mod_Name
