Faster Horses With HeadStartII Perk

Edits the HeadStartII Perk. Increases it duration to 5 minutes and speed bonus by %20. So you can gallop faster and longer with this perk. If you wanna change the values by yourself go to buff_perk.xml and alter the values.

duration = 300 default is 10

buff_params="rms+0. 6,sco=0" and here are the params. "rms" is the speed bonus and by default it is +0. 5, you can change it to whatever you like. I didnt tested it above 0. 7 so be cautious. "sco" is stamina consumption for the horse while the perk is active. You can add more parameters by simply parse them with a comma.

Might cause problems with the mods that change perks so a backup save file is recommended.

-Solved the problem where other perks wont work. Now all the unlocked perks should work as intended.

-Mods that change perks may be incompatible.
