Custom Reticles (Move and adjust reticle for accurate aim)

📖 What This Mod Does

Allows you to move a customizable reticle anywhere on the screen so you can have accurate aim. (The reticle also works during contests and competitions.)

You can adjust the reticle's position, size, and color to match where your shots land on-screen. This helps you dial in a more consistent aiming point for different ranged weapon types.

It includes three save slots, allowing you to save separate reticle profiles for different weapons or setups.

The game uses different aim positions depending on the ranged weapon type, this allows you to dial in those exact positions for better accurate aim. You can further adjust any preset to match your own weapon, distance,

display, or preferred aiming position.

QUICK START

1. Start Kingdom Come.

2. Start the Custom Reticles.exe which is recommended or if you have AutoHotkey installed you can run the script Custom Reticles.ahk.

3. Load into the game.

4. Hold Right Mouse Button briefly while aiming to show the reticle.

5. Go to a shooting range or other safe practice area.

6. Test several shots and adjust the reticle position, size, and color.

7. Save your preferred setup to Slot 1 by pressing Shift + F1.

Your saved Slot 1 profile will load automatically for you and you can switch to the other profiles manually.

ADJUSTING RETICLE POSITION

Use Ctrl + Arrow Keys to move the reticle one pixel at a time.

Ctrl + Up                   Move reticle up

Ctrl + Down               Move reticle down

Ctrl + Left                  Move reticle left

Ctrl + Right                Move reticle right

HOW TO CALIBRATE THE RETICLE

1. Go to a shooting range or another safe location.

2. Shoot several arrows to see where they land.

3. Adjust the reticle slowly and test again after each change.

- If your shots land too high, move the reticle UP.

- If your shots land too low, move the reticle DOWN.

This can feel backwards at first. You are moving the on-screen reference

point so it matches where your shots actually land.

Make small changes, test several arrows, then save the final result.
