Creeping Phantom Perk Disabled

Disables the perk Creeping Phantom (Part I and Part II), removing the crouch speed boosts entirely. In the base game, this perk lets Henry move unrealistically fast while sneaking, which can make stealth feel overpowered for stealing, scouting, and sneaking past guards.

This mod restores a more grounded pace by keeping crouched movement vanilla, making stealth rely more on planning, timing, and positioning rather than perk-based speed. It’s a small change, but it improves immersion and helps maintain the balance of stealth gameplay.

Installation:

Extract "disable_creeping_phantom" to Mods folder.
