Installation:

Choose between three options: "Captain Thomas Black Hair And Brown Eyes", "Black Hair" and "Dark Brown Hair"

Drag and drop the downloaded folder into your "Mods" folder located at: steam/steamapps/common/KingdomComeDeliverance2/Mods

NOTE:

• []If you run into issues where the mod isn't working or Henrys hair is still the default light brown you most likely have a conflicting mod and the best solution I found was adding zzz_ to the start of the "henry_face_blackhair" folder. So it would look like this zzz_henry_face_blackhair

  []Also certain pre-rendered cutscenes will show Henrys normal face, but this is very rare and happens at the start of the game so don't be confused that's just how the game is but it doesn't happen very often

  []Both hair color options folder will be named "henry_face_blackhair" so don't be confused when you download the brown one and the folder says that, its still applies as dark brown

  Not taking requests

  If you want to change the eye colors (thanks in part to wildy88):

  1.) You need to download KCD PAK Builder: https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance2/mods/78

  2.) Open "henry_face_blackhair" folder and navigate to data/henry_face_blackhair.pak

  3.) Right click on henry_face_blackhair.pak

  4.) Click on "open with" and open with winrar or 7zip

  5.) Drag and drop "Libs" and "Objects" folders into the same place as the "henry_face_blackhair.pak" file

  6.) Open "Objects" folder and navigate through to characters/humans/male/head/m_head_000

  7.) Open these 3 .mtl files in notepad: m_head_000_b00.mtl  m_head_000_m01.mtl m_head_000_m01_injured.mtl

  8.) DO THIS FOR ALL THREE FILES: CTRL + F and search for "iris"

  9.) Find IrisColor="0. 072271,0. 051269,0. 030713" and replace the numbers I have with your desired color. https://www.tug.org/pracjourn/2007-4/walden/color.pdf is what I'd use to find the number combos to achieve whatever eye color you want. Or just google RBG Color examples and find the right number combo.

  10.) Save the 3 edited .mtl files

  11.) Now navigate back to the "data" folder wher
