Failing in killing your enemy even with tight grip stealthily? Not anymore.
WH decide to give measly value chance to stealth kill. i dont like that, many people complain, and i dont see any mod addressing this issue.
There is 3 version to fix this
50%,60%,70% Chance.
im not making 100% because tight grip perk will add more to the chance, adding more will render that perk useless.
this does not change any perks. as of now also PTF so it should be fine.
