SteelRefineryColourChange - Compressed Texture

Required: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3233036904 This MOD replaces the texture for Steel Refineries from "SteelRefineryColourChange" imitating the MOD "Compressed Textures Project" (hereafter referred as "CTP"). The resolution of it will be halved.
