Buildings Category Tweaks - Glass

Part of my mod series that tries to sort better the building menu. Move all furnitures added by Glass Furniture and CMGlassPartition to the building category FURNITURE - Glass Made all glass furniture able to be build anywhere and they no longer create an Outpost. * Changed named convention of several furniture to look better at the list.
