UWE - Multiple Training Mods Patch and Tweaks

Summary: I use several training mods, but, even though they aren’t necessarily incompatible with each other, they have their own rules, like different naming conventions, building categories, min-max level, etc. Add an Overhaul to the mix and my OCD is screaming. So I made this patch to make all of them work together. Changes: All changes were done with the idea you have 'Universal Wasteland Expansion', following and 'Sensible Training' logic.
