Add RLBS (Robotics Limb Base Skeletons) to the recruit list of "Adventurers Guild-Lore Friendly Recruitment". It costs a little more than a regular Skeleton, but you can hire in much the same way. Four types of Skeleton will surely come, but MK1, MK2, MK3 will come randomly.
