Tyrannotitan (NEW SPECIES) - East Asia Update

Tyrannotitan (Tyrannotitan chubutensis) was a large carcharodontosaurid theropod that lived in what is now Patagonia, Argentina, during the Early Cretaceous, roughly 113–100 million years ago. It is estimated to have reached around 11–12 meters (36–40 feet) or more in length.  It was an early member of the Carcharodontosauridae, the group that also included enormous predators such as Giganotosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus.
