Trip's Leptolepis Feeder (New Feeder)(1.11)

Meet Leptolepis, a genus of ray-finned fish that lived during the Mesozoic Era, primarily from the Early Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous periods. They typically measured around 10 to 30 centimeters in length and possessed a fusiform body shape, indicating they were agile swimmers. Fossils of Leptolepis have been discovered in numerous marine sedimentary deposits across the globe, including Europe, Asia, and North America. Leptolepis is believed to have been an active, schooling fish, similar to modern-day sardines or herring, occupying an important position in ancient marine food webs. Their diet likely consisted of zooplankton and small invertebrates, which they would have filtered from the water or actively pursued.

Trivia:

-This doesn't have to be just a feeder. You can put it in a small little aquarium exhibit using the lagoon hatchery and using Kai tools to make it's own little exhibit!

Known Bugs:

-Leotolepis will sometimes quite literally hug the wall if there are any marine species in the lagoon. I cannot fix this at the moment.

-Leptolepis's model will get replaced with the Yellowfin Tuna model when getting eaten by any marine species. I also cannot fix this at the moment.
