Trip's Caturus (New Species)(1.11)

Meet Caturus! Nothing to do with cats, but it's a genus of prehistoric ray-finned fish that thrived throughout the Middle Triassic and Late Cretaceous periods, being part of the family Caturidae. It was a medium-sized fish, generally reaching lengths of up to 60 centimeters (about 2 feet), with a streamlined, fusiform body shape built for speed and agility. Distinctively, Caturus possessed large, prominent eyes and a robust jaw lined with relatively small, sharp teeth, indicating a predatory lifestyle. The name Caturus means "Down Tail" (from Greek: κατω kato, 'down' and Greek: οὐρά ourá 'tail').

-Caturus had ALMOST a worldwide distribution, with the only exceptions being most of Asia, Most of Africa, Most of North America, South America, Antarctica, and Australia.

-Caturus was also found in Japan, making it another Modded Japanese JWE2 to add to the list!

-Some sources and fossils in China claim that Caturus could've been around for even longer, dating back to the Late Permian period! Talk about a hardy survivor!
