Titanoboa is finally a New Species. It's an Aquatic in the game and can be used on land using Weetoolbox mod.
Extract the folder and place it under OVL data. If you face any issues please raise a Bug report or mention in the comments.
Note: Hunting Animations doesn't work as it is a new species.
