Kosmoceratops Richardsoni was, as the title says, a Chasmosaurine Ceratopsid that lived in Southern Utah, USA. Along with the rest of the Kaiparowits Formation, the fossils of K. Richardsoni date back to the Upper Cretaceous period, which was 77. 5 to 74. 9 million years ago. What makes this genus stand out more compared to it's relatives--like it's neighbor Utahceratops--is the outstanding orientation on it's crests, though might've been used for display rather than defense.
