My first attempt at treating this game as more of a city builder than a park builder.
An illegal dinosaur trading port stationed on a private island. The shady owner of this island has his own little village living there, working the port and taking care of the dinosaurs in his private collection. This collection is housed in a repurposed abandoned zoo.
