Menu and UI changes and tweaks

This started as a simple mod that changed the in game text to better reflect that, with enough mods, you can have many non-dinosaur animals in your park. Most instances of "Dinosaur" found within the in-game text is changed to something more generic like animal, attraction, species, and so on.

I am still rummaging through Localization files and making minor changes, so if you see something that stands out or I may have missed, please do reach out!

General changes apply across most of the UI, like swapping animal in for dinosaur whenever applicable. So expect to see that in sandbox settings, stats screens in-game, or in various other UI details.
