Changes the base game skin for the Parasaurolophus into the fire breathing Parasaurolophus from the cover of "Fire-Breathing Dinosaurs? The Hilarious History of Creationist Pseudoscience at Its Silliest" by Philip J. Senter, along with some slight model adjustments.
Doesn't actually make the Parasaurolophus breathe fire.
