Devonian Predators Bundle (1.9.1)

Prepare your swimsuits and deep dive into the ancient seas of the Paleozoic with the Devonian Predators Bundle! This small modpack adds 3 new species of predatory fish, each discovered with their own unique way of hunting their prey. The bundle also comes with 4 new decorations to enhance your parks and a new excavation dig site!

Bungartius: Named after Peter Bungart, Bungartius is a medium sized Placoderm Fish that lived in the Devonian seas of North America. It developed a unique spear-like lower jaw that helped it feed on hard-shelled prey, crushing them to reach their soft meat.

Ctenacanthus: Its name means "comb spine", named after the ornamental spines it sports in front of its dorsal fins. Ctenacanthus and its relatives evolved teeth specialized in grasping their prey to swallow them whole in an instant.

Titanichthys: The second largest fish to roam the Devonian Seas, alongside Dunkleosteus, Titanichthys was a colossal Placoderm Fish that developed a unique way of feeding for its time. Titanichthys is the first known vertebrate to filter its food, similar to modern day Whales and Basking Sharks!

4 New Decorations are added alongside your new Devonian Fishes, inspired by Aquariums, the Devonian Zone Archway, Devonian Seas Banner, Predators from the Devonian Mural and Titanichthys Statue will offer great opportunities to enhance the looks outside of your lagoons!

Located in the state of Ohio, in the United States, the Cleveland Shale is a marine paleontological site that shows a wide variety of prehistoric fauna and flora from the Late Devonian Period, alongside the 3 new introductions of this pack, Dunkleosteus fossils and other new finds can be excavated from here!

Languages & Translation:

Currently the Devonian Predators Bundle is available in English and Brazilian Portuguese. Other translations will eventually come in the future to make sure the mod is accessible to everyone!

KNOWN BUGS:

It is worth noting that, like many other New Species Mods, the Devonian Predators Bundle contains certain bugs, none of which directly affect your gameplay! Those would be:
