Mokele-Mbembe

(The one who stops the flow of rivers or "rainbow" in some parts of the the Likouala region in the Republic of Congo) is described to be a large sauropod some estimated saying is the size of a rhino or elephant, of estimated it is a lot bigger than that. It is widely known to everyone that the Mokele-mbembe is an unidentified species of sauropod dinosaur that survived the KT mass extinction event but other Cryptozoologists believe it is a unidentified new species of rhino, elephant or a hippo.... but it is fun to speculate, for we don't know what's hidden out there in the world.

Kasai Rex

It is said to be a surviving species of theropod dinosaur, such as a Tyrannosaurus rex or Giganotosaurus, as the cryptid's namesake, although quite a low possibility; if it is indeed a living African theropod it's likely a species of spinosaurid, abelisaurid, allosaurid, or a carcharodontosaurid; as there have been no known species of tyrannosaurid ever recorded and depicted in Africa.

It has also been depicted as a species of gigantic monitor lizard as well as a species of bipedal terrestrial crocodile, which are both much more logical speculations.

Kongamato

The accounts told of these creatures are similar to the ones that describe the Ropen of Papua New Guinea, as well as several other creatures. There are several historical reports of European explorers being attacked by large winged creatures, and quite often people were reported to have received wounds from the Kongamatos. It is thought to eat mostly fish, but occasionally humans. The Kongamato is also said to dig up graves and steal human corpses, because in Africa the burial is usually not too deep. It is interesting to note that a good portion of modern Kongamato sightings happen in a prime birdwatching site and yet birdwatchers never report anything, indicating that the Kongamato may in fact be a case of mistaken identity.

Partridge Creek Monster

Banker James Lewis Buttler and miner Tom Leemore tell Dupuy that they were hunting moose near Clear Creek when the animals they were hunting began running away in fright. The men said they followed tracks, which they interpreted as being made by a large animal, into a deep rocky gorge. Dupuy agrees to join the men, along with French-Canadian missionary Father Pierre Lavagneux and five unnamed First Nations individuals, to search for the reported animal. The group establishes a camp site overlooking a ravine near Partridge Creek where, for 10 minutes, they observe a creature described as 30 feet long with a hairy body. In the French language version of the story, upon seeing it, a frightened L
