RTJP TRex Redux 3.0

Welcome to RTJP TRex Redux 3. 0! My appreciation for the RTJP Tyrannosaurus rex skins has grown with time, so this mod tries to accommodate Frontier’s original designs with revised skin options that allow players to better approximate different animals from the films in their parks. I am indebted to Evanuss and his incredible remodel of the base game Tyrannosaurus; to me, his model perfectly mixes the original dimensions of the JWE model with the look of the Stan Winston animatronic. It makes the rex look so much more intimidating! With the exception of "Alternate C," every version of this mod uses the Evanuss model.

The first version of the mod lightly revises the RTJP rex skins with .fgm edits and puts them in “proper” order. The biggest difference to the

original RTJP DLC rexes, in addition to the change of model, is that the “2001” skin is now a lighter green rex appropriate to JP3. The 1997_A skin, the “Buck” fromThe Lost World, has been retouched; it’s the same skin as RTJP, but the yellow in the underbelly has been reduced so it’s less prominent via .fgm edits. While a subtle change, I think it looks better and matches the coloration from the TLW animatronic better than before. Incidentally, "Alternate B" is my personal favorite.
