Vanilla Plus - Reduce Rain Condition Loss

Controls the Condition/Durability loss multiplier from Rain

What does this mod do?

Reduces the weapons durability loss when it's raining. Default is 100% which means if you lose 1% condition normally you would lose 2%. This mod changes the default setting from 100% to 50%

I was given permission from Cthulhu to pull code from Vanilla+ for re-publishing and editing.

Vanilla+ has some cool things about it, I just didn't like that It was all packaged into one mod. As some parts of it conflicted with other mods I was running at time. So I asked Cthulhu if I could pull some of his code out and make it modular for the community.
