1) Marriage is mandatory during the action when someone proposes having a child with my MOD. You can divorce immediately afterward; it won't pose a problem for the pregnancy. You can get divorced right after you have a positive pregnancy result.
2) There will be no impact on the character interface regarding the registration of marriage and divorce. There will be no buff or penalty on your inZOI.
3) The inZOI couple will be married by the time they have a relationship to create a child. You can divorce immediately afterward.
