HCO adds optional high-value-target operations to compatible Intravenous 2 missions. A protected executive, broker, commander or fixer enters the map with close guards, a response force and airborne security. Find the intelligence, locate the moving target and decide how the operation ends. Infiltrate in a stolen uniform, disable the drones and strike quietly—or start a firefight and watch the map become a coordinated hunt. Contracts live inside the normal campaign through native objectives, actors, interactions, weapons and saves. THE CONTRACT Compatible missions generate one to three deterministic optional contracts. The target is not revealed for free. Recover intelligence. Find the marked dead drop. Identify the target. Intel reveals a live moving marker. Study the protection. Five close guards protect the principal; additional units search and attack. Choose an approach. Use a disguise, isolate the target, disrupt security or fight. Finish the contract. Neutralize the target, collect campaign money and continue the mission. Contracts and rewards persist across reloads. Completed contracts cannot pay twice; failed unpaid attempts can produce a fresh operation later. TARGETS THAT ACTUALLY MOVE HCO builds a deterministic five-to-eight-point routine from safe native patrol sectors. The principal uses the game's pathfinding and doors while close protection follows nearby. Nearby unsuppressed gunfire creates caution without identifying the shooter. Injured guards, casualties or confirmed contact drive the principal toward safety. Under pressure the detail can shelter or physically evacuate the target—never teleport it. Four archetypes alter appearance, reward, protection and drone doctrine. Difficulty scales health, response size, sensors, drone pressure, threat rating and payout together.
