HK421 - "The Promise"

The Exterminator's Arsenal proudly presents The Heckler & Koch HK421 Machine Gun The Promise Come in, my friend, and have a look what I've got for you today! ... You might be wonderin' how I got my hands on a brand-new machine gun. Well, there's a bit of a story there. Truth be told, it was my friend who managed to acquire this gun in the first place. You see, my friend is a fellow gunsmith, and he told me he had kind of promised this gun to one of his favorite customers. Said something about getting rid of some human trash or something. But from what I can gather some events happened, and the guy never even picked up this weapon, so my friend sold it to me for a good price. Can you believe it? My friend isn't the type of guy to joke around, and he takes his craft more seriously than you might think. So he didn't just get some washed-out M60 that's seen more action than you can imagine, or an M249 that's lacking a bit in the punch department due to its caliber. Oh no. He went out of his way and got his hands on an HK421. If you are a bit fuzzy on the specifics, this is Heckler & Koch's evolution of their current 7. 62x51mm machine gun, the MG5. But the MG5 is a bit of a heavy beast - barely lighter than the ol' saw! - so it's not exactly high up on most spec forces' wishlists. So they went and made this thing lighter and more versatile without sacrificing much in terms of firepower or accuracy. In fact, not only does the HK421 accept a suppressor and AR15-style buttstocks by default, but it is also designed to minimize felt recoil as well. And changing the rate of fire is as easy as adjusting the gas block. Doesn't even require a tool, a spent casing will do just fine. ... What? The price tag? Of course it's going to be a bit more expensive. Did you expect to get this kind of firepower at giveway price? But believe me when I say it's going to be worth it. Especially if you expect to end up in any kind of prolonged firefight. This gun will not let you down. It's a pro
