My biggest complaint in the game was if you were going for a semi-aggressive stealth focused build, there was not really a reason to take anything other than a 45ACP handgun or the VP9 into the map without subsonic ammunition which is still exceptionally loud otherwise to a point it wasn't really competitive. Current changes themselves: Pistols: Higher caliber suppressors have worse reduction than lower caliber, meaning 45ACP is now a trade off of sound for damage (larger frame mass means louder mechanical noise as well).
