Temporary Fix for Chuck's EFT weapons

Ever since Chuck disappeared, the EFT weapons have been broken for the past few updates.

While working on a fork of the Stalker mod to enhance looting with the ruleset of Stalker, I wanted to bring more assets of EFT to make the mod it's own thing.

So I patched up Chuck's EFT weapons to work with my mod, with the problem being the custom glowsights breaking. While I'm adding in more assets and sounds to the mod, I might as well contribute to every EFT lover out there and release this.

Hopefully Chuck can return and fix it up properly.
