Shotgun buff for stalker

Multiplies all shotgun damage by 2. 6 and buffs buckshot and shrapnel-25 armor penetration to make them very viable at close range

all modded shotguns were made to have 9 loudness like vanilla ones from stalker

most shotguns go from dealing around 200 damage to around 520 damage

buckshot armor penetration increased from 33% to 60%

slug damage reduced to 70% from 100%

buckshot box price increased from 110 to 280

slug price increased from 350 to 550

these buffs make buckshot very reliable and powerful in close range, while still being sub-optimal at further ranges, and slugs are consistent one-shots against mimics, basically being 7. 62x54r AP but with worse ballistic properties and enough damage for consistent instakills

has a loudness of 12

ks23 now deals 720 damage meaning it can one-shot sliders to the head

shrapnel-25  armor penetration increased to 75%

barrikadas have 200% armor penetration so it hopefully wouldn't become weak over range and their 145% damage multiplier stays

price unchanged because its already very expensive

these buffs make the ks23s instakill about everything while still requiring little aiming with shrapnel-25s
