Removes Lightning Anomaly Damage.
Sets the Base Damage to 0 and the Damage Radius to 0.
That way it will still drop your item and get the full adrenaline panic when under attack, but without the ridiculous damage and also meaning you won't ever get your body stuck in an anomaly with no way to retrieve the loot.
