Mad Martian's Easy Mode ItemInfos

The goal was to alter the ItemInfos file to make things more relevant to an "easy" difficulty mode without being too easy. I am open to suggestions for other changes that meet that goal.

This mod contains the following changes:

1. Everything in the shop is half the original buy price.

2. Artifacts sell for 10x the original sell price.

3. Empty ammo boxes sell back for more than the original $3 ($30 for small, $300 for large).

4. Anything previously requiring a security level of 2 or higher now requires level 1.

5. Durability usage has been reduced for most items (not silencers).

6. Vest and Helmet have double the protection. This means it takes more hits from shooters to kill you.

Of course if you are already running the "everything in the shop is free" mod, this is not compatible. :)
