Capped mode has the needle retracted, Cap-off mode has the needle out and ready to inject you full of suspicious chemicals!
(Will probably make a version with a cap later)
To Install: take the .pak file from the included zip, and place that .pak file in your "steamapps\common\IntoTheRadius\IntoTheRadius\Content\Paks" folder.
