This mod eluded me for a long time. Finally we can fall all over the place and not take damage.
Caveat: If you fall somewhere you can't get out of, you will have to reload your game.
This mod does not require additional mod managers (IE UE4SS or Simple Mod Loader)
Just use Vortex or extract the three files into your mods folder.
